PRINTED MATERIAL
BIG PRINTS USA, INC. will not print any photos that we feel are offensive. We will not print any pornographic material. We reserve the right to send any material which we feel is offensive back to the sender. Any copyrighted material sent to BIG PRINTS USA, INC. must be accompanied with a copyright release that is signed by the copyright holder or an authorized agent. The purchaser and their client will agree to hold BIG PRINTS USA, INC. harmless for any costs, attorney fees, expensive or any judgments which will result in any lawsuit or claim for copyright infringements against BIG PRINTS USA, INC.
LIABILITIES
BIG PRINTS USA, INC. will handle all work sent to us with the greatest of care. If for any reason the work is lost or damaged the customer will agree to except the equivalent cost of the media the work was sent on. Except for this agreement, BIG PRINTS USA, INC. will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or delays caused by processing, shipping carriers or US Mail. BIG PRINTS USA, INC. will not be held responsible for accepted damaged packages. BIG PRINTS USA, INC. uses professional quality inks and paper. Our photo quality inkjet enlargements are printed using inks which should keep your photos looking good for years when printed on photo paper and kept indoors under glass away from direct sunlight. BIG PRINTS USA, INC. will not be held responsible for any photo or anything we print that may fade, crack, deteriorate or discolor through time.
PAYMENT METHOD
All order sent to BIG PRINTS USA, INC. must be prepaid and include shipping charges. Orders that are short on payment will not be shipped. BIG PRINTS USA, INC. will notify the customer by phone or mail. All returned checks for NSF will be subject to a \$25.00 service charge. Large orders that are paid by check may be held until the check clears. Accepted payment methods include checks, money orders, credit cards and approved BIG PRINTS USA line of credit. Prices and paper selections subject to change without notice.
